Cancelling an appointment
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the patient will be charged SEK 700 per hour/booked time.
You can also call and leave a message on our answering machine. Please speak clearly and tell us your personal identity number, name and the time you wish to cancel.
